The Company shall not be responsible/liable for any liability for the payments/remittances made/deposit other than the office of the LTE FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD. Or at the authorized center of the company. |

The Company shall not be responsible for delays and failures in performance hereunder, where performance in made commercially impractical due to normal circumstances beyond and failure of either parties usual source of supply, government decrees or order. |

The Company reserves the right to make any changes, amendments or alteration in design, nature content, description, range, scheme and formulation or the product and services provided by the Company, including any changes in the marketing strategy, compensation plan, policies and procedure from time to time as the company may deed fit and necessary to do so. |

All the benefits / incentives are payable by account payee cheque / pay direct card / bank account. Payment of less than 250/- is accumulated. |
| 10. |
Monthly statement will be mailed on request on chargeable basis, which includes the actual cost of communication and delivery of the statement. |

if any Business Promoter/Associate market the products of the Company in any other means except this promotional plan, which helps the company to increase its sales, then a prior written permission is required from the management of the Company. |
| 12. |
This agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of laws the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the civil courts of Delhi for the resolution of all disputes arising under this Agreement. |

All the payments will be subject to all applicable taxes and other tax with holdings, duties and levies. |
| 14. |
The payments is not refundable under any circumstances for the purchase of product or services purchased through the LTE FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD. |
| 15. |
Any disputes arising from this agreement or in relation to the agreement shall be referred to a duly appointed arbitrator by the company. Associate should not raise any objection on the ground that the arbitrator is having any connection with the Company. |

The Company at his discretion reserves the whole rights to terminate any Business promoter / Associate. |
| 17. |
Company is not liable for any claim, cost, damage due to the misrepresentation of associate about the quality, performance or availability or the company’s products and services. |
| 18. |
Products can be purchased which are available in LTE PRODUCT BAZAAR only. |
| 19. |
Any Associate can purchase the product available in LTE PRODUCT BAZAAR through their product account or paying the cash. |
| 20. |
All the above terms and conditions ate applicable for everybody including nominee. |
| 21. |
The Associate will get the incentives in accordance with the growth of the Company i.e. higher the growth, higher the incentive. |
| 22. |
No Associate is allowed to use Company’s network for marketing / promoting any other product or services or scheme which is not related to Company. |
| 23. |
10% for product purchase & 4% for services charges will be deducted from every payment of every payment of every Associate / Business Promoter. |
| 24. |
Applicant’s position can never be changed after application form is submitted in the company. |
